Thai Massage

Nuad Phaen Boran
as is it called in Thailand, translates as Ancient Massage or Traditional Massage. In the West it is also known as Thai Yoga Massage.

Thai Massage is a series of assisted stretches and joint mobilization that is beneficial for bringing the receiver into better skeletal alignment, opening Chakras or energy centers, and giving the receiver a sense of calm and wellbeing. It is performed on a mat with the client wearing loose clothing. This modality is wonderful for all people from all walks of life and does not require a person to have extensive flexibility.

What sets Thai Massage apart is its ease on the practitioner. When the practitioner is at ease the clients have greater trust and are able to receive more fully.

Even though the healer seemingly works on only the body, the achievement of interconnectedness between body, speech (energy), and mind (heart) make Ancient Massage a complete healing.
